TRAVEL PLANS FOR TODAY:
Today we're leaving the church on a bus toward Dallas. We'll be leaving Dallas for our 9 hour flight at 5:30 pm on our flight to London, transfer and then get into Glasgow at 11:30 am tomorrow morning (6:30 am our time).
I don't know when we'll be able to update our blog today, but beginning tomorrow we will share our day's adventure, including pictures and video, on the blog. Don't miss keeping up with us. I will also share prayer requests and anything else that we want you to know while we're traveling. Get the word out for us so that others can also keep up with us.
We truly appreciate your support, encouragement, and prayers. Thank you for sharing the love of Christ with us!
Lord, bless our travel today. May we be an example of "Christ in us, the hope of glory" to all that we come in contact with today. Help us to shine Your light to our bus driver, airport personnel, and flight crew. In Jesus name, Amen.
Sharing Christ's love,
Ken
Thanks to all the prayer partners and individuals that prayed over the Mission Scotland teens and parents this morning prior to their departure. As a parent it gives me great hope and confidence that our church has terific support for our youth. And Linda Cameron your little ones' program and goody bags sure blessed the teens!! Some of these kids today in 412 Praise started out with you many a years ago. (the seed was planted and it is now starting to harvest!) I did get to talk to my daughter, Ali, (by the way who has never flown so was amazed with the Dallas Intn. airport)and the trip was successful to Dallas.
My prayer for the next 10 days is for their safety and for the JOY of the LORD to continue to shine through them that they may do HIS works and bring the plan of salvation to the youth and families of Scotland. God Bless each one of them and their families.

It was truly a blessing to be in the midst of such an endeavor......I echo Sheila in that as a church the children have to remain the vital organ it is in its own right we know the alternative. I sure wanted to see an update now, oh well till (our)morning dear ones.
